Hey. Well, no, I don't think it's too bad. As long as you don't start starving yourself or malnutitionizing (if that's a word haha) I think it's probably good but you NEED to have 3 MEALS, that means FULL meals a day and like one to two snacks. Actually, that's a pretty good idea, I'm gunna try it (:

Hope I helped ♥ Kathleen.
P.S. thanks for the idea (:

No. It makes you hungrier for one.

More importantly when you chew gum, digestive enzymes in your saliva are secreted and the stomach raises its amount of hydrochloric acid in anticipation for what it thinks is food. This means you are eating away your stomach.

Eat.

No its actually good to keep you from snacking extra... but you need to make sure you get your full 3 meals a day and little snack like a granola about every 1-2 hours otherwise it's not healthy. When your stomach starts to growl its called HUNGER its the bodys NEED for food so you must eat or it can cause an eating disorder.. but if your not HUNGRY then you just have an appetite which is the bodys DESIRE for food.. then thats when you should chew the gum

As long as it's not replacing eating, say, lunch, you're absolutely fine. Chewing gum is actually a good way to keep yourself from mindlessly snacking. It sometimes makes people hungrier, but hey, if it works for you, great!

Just make sure you're still brushing your teeth like you should- even sguarfree can leave a residue.

:)

nope, i think gum chewing is ok if its sugar free. i heard it makes you hungrier as you swallow more air, but if it works for you, than do it! :)

mmk babe....(or dude if your a guy..)
it depends on who you are...but you should never substitute food without nutritional ingredients in it for actual..food
no matter what you eat,
nothing is better then fruit or veggies..etc
you should exercise and eat healthy and it wont matter if you snack
i would recommend walking your dog 5+ times a day if you have one...or just going on walks...itll take your mind off snacks or better yet..
dont buy snacky foods
good luck to ya
:)
