If you need pantyliners just ask her to get you some, you don't need to be specific if you don't want to be. But if you do tell her, don't be embarrassed. She's your mum and she's also a woman, she'll understand.
LadyH answered Sunday March 25 2007, 3:48 pm: There's really no reason to tell her. It's completely normal & every woman experiences it, so there's nothing to be embarassed about. If you need pantyliners to resolve the issue, just put them on the shopping list & I'm sure she'll understand. Not a big deal. :) [ LadyH's advice column | Ask LadyH A Question ]
christina answered Sunday March 25 2007, 2:41 pm: Aww, there's nothing to be embarassed about. Just, tell her. If you know she won't say/do anything, then don't worry. Just say "Mom, I'm discharging." She might just tell you it's a sign your period is gonna come. [ christina's advice column | Ask christina A Question ]
orphans answered Sunday March 25 2007, 2:32 pm: There is really no reason to tell her... Just say "Mom.. I need panty liners.. and you know why :)". Be funny about it, so it won't be awkward. Or you could just add panty liners/pads to the shopping list. You really don't NEED panty liners for discharge though because it just washes out. [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
xoLoLaox answered Sunday March 25 2007, 2:07 pm: Is your mom a woman? DUH. So that means she was a girl before [hopefully...o_O] and she will TOTALLY understand!! And it`s not like you`re telling some random hobo, she`s your mother and she will totally understand and maybe even try to comfort you. Trust me, there is nothing to be embarassed about.
Just walk up to her [when no one is around] and be like, "Hello enchanting woman who gave me life."
