No, they are both illegal.
And I am really hoping that you arn't really the one doing this. If the person is 18 and has sex with a teacher then they will BOTH most likely get sent to jail. It might just be the teacher that does but there is also the possibility that they could bother get sent to jail
as for a 16 year old kissing a teacher that is called jailbait in which if caught the teacher will get sent to jail.

Actually, these are both illegal. Being sixteen and kissing a teacher would be illegal because that person would be considered a minor. And even at eighteen and considered an adult, you are still a student. It's illegal for a student and teacher to have any sexual relations.

18 you legally an have sex with your teacher but i personally wouldn't because some way it will get around and ruin your reputation as well as possibly get the teacher fired for being unprofessional. i'm pretty sure if you are 16 you can kiss a teacher but they could definitley get in a lot of trouble because its inappropriate to do with the student.

im sorry..and im really sorry if this is you..but no matter if your kissing the teacher on the cheak or having sex with them...that is deffinitly not good. it makes the person do it look like a complete whore and it can also get the teacher fired...
so technically yes, people can because it has happened at my school more than once but the outcome is never good for anyone.

18 yeah. Not at school though. the teacher can get fired because of it. and the school district still shouldnt find out about it. underage no cause then they can go to jail. hope i helped.
