why do girls shake their legs?
im sitting in class and im looking around and five of he girls in my class arre shaking their legs really fast
why do they do this?

I seen alot of ladies shaking their legs. Mostly those who play sports, model, and had dance lessons it helps loosen of tight leg muscles when they are not being active and overtime it forms into a habit. It's attractive to me when I see ladies atheles, models, and dancers do that.

I do it all the time. Usually I don't relize I'm doing it. Most people [not just girls, some guys do it to] do it because they are bored, or very active & kind of can't sit still.

I was actually shaking my leg while I read your question, ha. But I think it's just involuntary, they're bored, or it's just a habit. No real specific reason, atlest there is none when I do it.

I used to do that when I was sitting in class. I'm a very active person and sitting for long periods of time isn't something I, or my body enjoys. Some people do it purposely when they're bored, but excess energy or adrenaline can make you do it involuntarily. You'll probably see it the most from athletic people. It's not just a girl thing. It is a common myth that people do it because they are horny or because they masturbate a lot. That's just complete nonsense.

I do it if I'm nervous, bored, or if I want to burn calories. Fidgeting DOES burn calories and can occasionally be a sign of an eating disorder . . . but not in and of itself, only when combined with many other things.

umm it's not normally because they have torettes or they are horny... normally it's because they are bored or it's a habit.

I think it might be just a coinsidence that its all girls. Some people do it out of habit, being nervous, or just antsy. No real particular reason. Hope that kind of helped.
