Hi, i'm about 5'6 105. I know that i'm i guess.. "considered" thin, but i don't really believe it myself sometimes. I often feel fat and i always want to lose weigh. I come up with different diets, like eating just salad (lettuce with fat free dressing.) I do like food sometimes, so i'll want to eat something and feel kinda bad about it. I feel like i'm never thin enough.
I think you may have a problem. You are already 105 and you still feel that you are not thin enough? Uh ...maybe that is a flashing warning sign. If you want to eat- eat the foods you want. It isn't bad to eat junk food but you should eat it moderatly. Staying healthy doesn't mean that you give up all the foods that you like. At your weight, I think you should eat more- don't feel bad about it. It is your life, I mean, no one can estimate how long they can live, so why don't you just enjoy what you have right now? advice_expert101 answered Wednesday March 7 2007, 5:33 pm: okay. your deff. not fat. if anything your underweight. you can eat healthy. but just not to the point were you becoming unhealthy you know? like im 5'3 and 102 pounds and thats considered avarage. and your 105 pounds and 5"6. your sooooo skinny. maybe working out would make you feel better about the way you look i know if does for me. it makes be feel skinner and stuff too. try it. do sit ups. a whole bunch. like a 100 a day. and then push ups. and run. you will get in shape and toned which is better then being skinny. try eating things like fruits. and well balanced meals. just follow the food pyramid.
hope i helped. =]
oh and trust me you are so not fat. nothing to worry about. eat your heart out =]
Altruistic answered Wednesday March 7 2007, 4:53 pm: Trust me, you are THIN. I'm 5'5" and about 115 lbs and my friends consider me so thin to the point of being anorexic haha. So I wouldnt advise you to go on a diet because you're not fat at all. If you want to still 'eat healthy', I would suggest a balanced meal of meat and vegetables etc (like not too much of one). Just dont over-snack on junk food or fatty foods; and if you think you did, exercise. You can run, play tennis or basketball, or go to the gym to workout. But all in all, don't worry about it too much. You're fine as you are right now. [ Altruistic's advice column | Ask Altruistic A Question ]
MizzDiva3203 answered Wednesday March 7 2007, 4:50 pm: It sounds to me that you are extremely thin. I'm not going to sit here and tell you that you're skinny so get over it... or anything like that. So, please don't any of what I say that way. But I wanna tell you something. I'm a plus size young woman. No, I'm not 3,000 pounds but I have battled with my weight and not liking how I looked for so long. I have went to extremes to get rid of the weight and to I have done things that I regret because I didn't like myself. But I got to the point where I told myself that if I can sit in a chair and get up without stickin to it... if I can fit in a doorway without knockin stuff over...that I was okay. You are developing problems that I can tell are very hurtful for you. You're on the opposite end of the spectrum compared to myself. But I can understand where you're coming. You have got to learn to find something in yourself that you love. Look in your mirror and see whats there... your smile, your eyes... and then take a look to what's inside like your personality of sense of style. take those things and grow on that. I know that it's hard; trust me. I've wanted to throw up so many times after I've eaten because I was made at myself for eating what I did. But you can't do that to yourself. You want to live long, I'm sure and you deserve that but you also deserve to be healthy. Good luck sweetie and just know that I'm here to help you if you need it. mwalnutss answered Wednesday March 7 2007, 6:18 am: hey. i know what you mean. like im considered avaerage for my height. but your below average for your height, lucky. but like i was a suffering anorexic, so like i know what your talking about. i would just keep eating like a normal diet, like no diet diets though (like only lettuce). if i were you, maybe go running everyday. running gets you in shape, and though like it sounds like you dont need to be in shape, it might help knowing that your getting a work out. hope i helped.
