Do not dismay as what you describe in your letter is 100% normal for both guys and girls your age. To explain it the easiest way your hormones have kicked into warp speed which occurs during puberty in both sexes.

This as you know is what is behind making you so well, horny for lack of a better term. When you are in a relationship and don't want to have sex french kissing, teasing eachother, petting etc should help matters as long as you know and he knows that thngs stop short of intercourse.

For some people oral sex and or fingering is considered fooling around--for some it's not. Many people use that to get a handle on their sex drive and deal with hormonal surges.

You said you were single in your note. I don't know how you feel about masturbation but if you are single it's one of the ways you can deal with these feelings and releaving yourself of them. You undoubtly know this but I should reiterate that it's very common with both sexes, natural etc.

Above all, it keeps you safe from disease, pregnancy or sexual situations with random people you might date. I applaude your decision to stay a virgin (I think you implied that) and hope this answer helps you out.

I don't think that you can (or should) stop the urge to have sex. It's completely normal and natural. You are single now though, so jumping to any conclusions just to have sex isn't going to be good for you in the long run. There are other things you can do- as the previous columnist said, you can try masturbating- to help you ease the tension. Also try focusing on some other things to take your mind off it. But don't curb a perfectly normal urge. Sometimes you just feel horny, and that's fine. You might want to talk to a friend about it; often times just talking to someone helps a lot.

Well number one you should focous on somehting else like school, or join a team or get into a new hobby. Maybe sign up {if u still in high school} for an after school activity, get a job or babysit. A job like that you cnat have sex or even the urge bc it will be infront of kids, I know this ideas sound dumb but it will work. if those dont work, honestly see a therepist. It will help.

Hope i helped,
x
