If you think that drinking lots of water will make you lose weight, it will be the same as saying "butterflies will bring world peace".
To lose weight, you need to go on a healthy diet and exercise regularly. The last time I checked, junk food is not healthy and therefor those not help you lose wieght but rather helps you put on weight.
