i love love love gatorade. if i only drink water do you think that i could loose weight..
and how much water would i have to drink..

im not willing to give up junk food. ha. thankss

Gatorade, believe it or not, has a lot of sugar. By sticking to water (& plenty of it), it should help you lose weight, but I wouldn't say a LOT considering you don't have good eating habits. It's recommended you drink atleast 7-8 glasses a day.

If you think that drinking lots of water will make you lose weight, it will be the same as saying "butterflies will bring world peace".

To lose weight, you need to go on a healthy diet and exercise regularly. The last time I checked, junk food is not healthy and therefor those not help you lose wieght but rather helps you put on weight. So either give up junk food and go on a healthy lifestyle or say good bye to you dreams of losing weight.
