the only option that people haven't said is to go to a hypnotist. (it sounds crazy, but i heard it works). you tell him/her what you want to get in your mind and they say things while you are asleep to get it into your head, and then wakes you up. of course, this will cost money but it is very effective. hope i helped!

true motivation comes from within. if you really want to exercise enough, you will. just remember how much you want it. it may take time, but you'll get there.. i have that same problem lol. i'll be sitting on the couch watchin tv.. thinking "wow i really should be exercising.. nahhhhh dont feel like it" but now, i just do it because i know it will benefit me. just think of how badly you want whatever it is that you want! lol thats really all you can do.. or try elimination everything that keeps you from exercising.. like tv or the computer for instance, until you get into habitually exercising. [exercising without thinking, just doing it daily because you're used to doing it] or you could have someone check up on you, like a parent, sibling or friend =] anohter option is to exericse with someone, that way if you don't do it that day, you'll let them down as well as yourself. and you'll obviously not want to do that, do you'll just exericse =] good luck! oh and you should check out www.toneteen.com for exercises and stuff =] ♥

Veing motivated to excercise depends on how strongly you want to loose what ever you're excercising to loose because if it's not that strong then I guess you don't really want to then.

What I think to help me through the pain in excercising is that I'll look good at the end and that it'll rub it on the people's face that ever made fun of me. plus for the people who did, they'll die an UNHEALTHY death mwuahaha!

Think of how great you'll look in a dress and when you swim =)

And someday when you get the body that you want and some little kid goes up to you and say you're pretty, you'll feel confident to continue excercising. And then when some little kid is desperate for something similar to you, you can give them tips from your experience! =D

Hope this helped a lot!
