The big secret, push ups & padded bras. Some girls though are just big breasted, and they just naturally have cleavage. I know what you mean though, girls at my school are the same way. It has to do with, if the shirt is tight, and sometimes if the bra is a little smaller too, it pushes everything together & give them more cleavage.

Push up & padded bras. Some are just naturally born with it & just wear tight, low cut shirts to flaunt them. Honestly, too much is tacky & disgusting. Certain colors, materials & styles of shirts can also make you look bigger.

Hehehe yeah as the saying goes if you've got it-flaunt it!

Girls use many things to enchance their cleavage. Push up bras, padded bras, tight fitting shirts, very low cut shirts is it. You don't need push up bras or padded bras if you've got decent sized boobs, just put on a shirt and let them out lol. Whenever I wear a cami It looks like Im wearing a push up bra when Im really not.

But, i think its best to not show so much. You want guys to be intrigued and curious, but if you show off your whole chest, theres nothing to the imagination. So sure, flaunt a bit, but dont try to be like other girls. They think their guy magnents, when in reality, guys think there trying to hard.

Well i was an early bloomer so i've had quite a bit of cleavage to show off since i was 13.

but these are the factors that determine the amount of clevage:

breast size
kind of bra (padded-ness and push-up-ness)
lowness of top

and that's all.

forget them though if you show off your cleavage it makes you look like a complete slut. (trust me- it's not a good thing. i learned that when i was about 14)

you don't have to have your breasts hanging out to have people see that you have a body!!!
whenever i see a girl with her cleavage showing I think "oh my GOD no one WANTS TO SEE THAT!!!!! i don't care that you're a 38DDD!"

hope i helped.

hahha. it's pretty much always the bras. you can buy special push-ups bras that push them up like CRAZY! they seem like that would be kind of painful. but idk. girls who want to show off their clevage wear them. i wouldn't reccomend them though, they end up making you look almost kinda slutty, and unnatural
hope i helped!
