I'm not Catholic but I love doing Lent anyway. I'm following the "Daniel fast" (Daniel 1) where you don't have meats or sweets during Ash Wednesday, Good Friday, and every Friday after that. It's only the first day and it's a lot harder than I thought! :) Good luck with your MySpace ... you will benefit greatly from that!

Delusions.

Oddly enough, my plan is to catch myself every time I realize I'm lying to myself to be happy -_-

Dunno. Figure it'd be original and hard.

i'm giving up skittles.
i don't eat candy that much, other than skittles, so yea.
i was gonna give up desserts, but that's TOO MUCH!
besides, my parents might start thinking that i'm dieting, and i really can't give up desserts.
=D

gosh.
giving up myspace would be hard for me.
so really, big kudos for you!
good luck!
tell me how that goes.

I'm giving up fast food.

All you can really do is distract yourself, and if it's not too tempting, go on the computer, just not on myspace. I give you credit, because I could never do that!

I'm Catholic and my family enforces fasting so basically I can only eat three meals a day with no junk food in them and no snacks. No meat on Fridays or Ash Wednesday. It's not too hard but I do love junk food...

I'm giving up all sweets.

I'm not catholic, but a lot of my friends have to do it, so some of us decided to do it with them.

Also, everyone said they don't think I could do it. So I get to prove them wrong =)
