cankles (sp)

ok well i'm skinny...i weigh like 100 pounds but anywayss my friend said i had cankles...not to be rude but isnt that what overweight people have? I dont get how i can have cankles if im not overweight...do you have to be overweight to have cankles (sp)

Hey. To answer that question flat out, no, you don't have to be overwieght to have cankles. Some people just, have them, regardless of their weight. However, I think you'd probably get them worse if you were in fact overwieght, but weighing 100 lbs, I can asure you that you are deffinatly not overweight. You may also have stressed or swollen muscles(sp) in your ankles, but that's really easy to get rid of. All you have to do is like massage them kinda. K, hope I helped ♥ Kathleen.

cankles arnt for only over weight people a cankle is when your calf and ankle are one they dont show the bone

don't take her seriously,, it's just your bone structure, you are obviously not fat. anyways, nobody cares about ankles, or cankles, you're the only one that cares that much about how you look, so don't worry
