But I suggest use salon shampoo or conditioner to keep it nice and smooth like the way you liked it. But from what i hear i do not think it will grow back i was reading a article similar to this one in a magazine and it says to use really good shampoo! well i hoped i helped you in anyway possible.
Brandi_S answered Wednesday February 14 2007, 1:31 am: Yes. Out of all the chemical treatments you can do to your hair, one is perming and the other is bleaching. Highlights are bleaching. It completely destroys the hair strands to bleach out pigment.
Use some deep conditioning treatments and when it gets grown out, cut off the color treated hair. Your hair will regain its original luster after all signs of chemical treatment is gone. [ Brandi_S's advice column | Ask Brandi_S A Question ]

I'd invest in a good shampoo and conditioner, and keep the ends very well conditioned, and stay away from highlighting. It shoulddd go back to normal.
