LONG AND LEAN ummmmk
im not over weight, but i would like to lose a little bit, maybe 8 pounds or so. do things like the cranberry fat flush, or the 7 day fruit diet work? if so, or if not for that matter, does anyone have any dieting tips?

i recently put on some weight around my thighs, and i have these rather unattractive stretch marks. i guess that its normal for a 16 year old girl, and i use vitamen e oil, but will they ever go away, even if i lose weight?
oh and one more...
what kind of work out can i do to lengthen muscles and limbs instead of make then bulky.

ok first of all i'm just pointing out the last part because it always bugs me when people say this, i'm not picking on you! stop worrying about getting bulky, you're not a man! you're not just going to look all muscley and freakish in a day!
I don't suggest any fruit/juice/crash diets, you will lose your 8 pounds, and then put them right back on, seriously. choose a realistic diet that you can stick it, it will take longer, but you will not gain it back quickly. Also, it's hard to get rid of stretch marks, but keep using the vitamin E, also go to your drugstore and get some cream. do some exercises for your hamstrings (back of thigh muscle) that will make the back of your legs look better. I suggest running a lot, that will make you look thinner and lean.
