squats. well i'm 5' and i weigh 120 and im 13yrs old.
my thighs are muscular mostly except on the inside, how can i get rid of that flab?
like i do 100 squats a day.
also what can i do to get rid of the fat on my stomach and arms.
please helpp.

Jog/run/eliptical for your legs. Again, sit-ups/crunches are good for your stomach. For arms lift weights. Push-ups help, too.
The first person who answered said that according to her doctor, you should weigh 100 lbs. Don't compare yourself with estimates like this. Just because your not 100 lbs doesn't mean anything. You said you were muscular, which could be where some of the weight is coming from.

Get on the tredmill.. and put a lot of layers. Put like two long sleeve shirts and 2 heavy sweatshirts. Also, like two pair of jeans and sweatpants. Run for like 2 1/2 hours a day and you'll notice a difference in just one day. Sit ups are great for your stomach. I reccomend 100 a day, you can break it up through out the day. Try 100 in the morning, afternoon, and at night. You'll notice a difference in like 2 weeks. Bike riding is really good for your legs and jogging. hey, well according to my doctor at 5`0 your suppose to be 100 pounds. for your legs i would do leglifts. for your stomach crunches are the best. for your arms do pushups or get those little weights. running around the block also helps. eating right and staying active are important also. joining a gym with a friend or relative might be helpful. seventeen magazine ususally has a lot of helpful workouts in it. try that. ]
