I've recently just taken up guitar, so I'm a beginner, so what are some good songs that are easy to start out with?

hey well if you've just started then i say play a song that you've already heard and kind of a mature song so then playing it again and again then you can start playing a little harder ones.

emily- by from first to last the intro i found was really easy. and twinkle twinkle litte star.. as gay as it sounds lol it's very easy

Start out with the classics.
-Smoke on the Water/Deep Purple
-Iron Man/Black Sabbath
-Heart of Gol/Neil Young
-Stairway to Heaven/Led Zepplin
Any song with like 3 chords would be good too. ANy like old country songs are good. Hope I came of some help.

My dad told me these were pretty easy. People Are Strange by the Doors, Stairway to Heaven by Led Zeppelin, Good Riddance (Time Of Your Life) by Green Day. All i could get sorry if that wasn't enough.
