i just wanna say i think it is so good your going to tell him. anyways when i flirt i always touch them. like on the arm or shoulder. do i light hit like when he does something. when you see him practice saying hi in a flirty way. stare at him. smile at him. lets see what else. start conversations with him. this is called like the "spritz and walk" somthin like that. you spray your perfume on you then you walk past him or while hes at his locker. its mostly just the way you act and speak. also the way you look. give him a secret admirers note in his locker.invite him to a movie with you and only you. i think just keep doing those things and sooner or later he should get the picture. i really hope i helped. this was hard to answer because im kinda in the same situation as well. good look. feel free to email me anytime. good luck.

Are you 100% sure you like him? He is your friend after all and telling him this could end your friendship if he does not feel the same way and is not mature enough to just let things slide if he doesn't feel the same way rather than make it an issue.
If you know how this person will react and you think you have a good shot at a relationship forget the flirting etc and just tell him the truth and see what he does with it.
You are friends so by now you can say damn near anything to each other and skip the flirting and other steps you really don't need to use. Ask him what he thinks about dating in the morning and leave it at that. Don't be upset if he only wants to be friends though as the friendship may be worth a lot more to him than a relationship that could someday fail.
