I was taking a shower a few hours ago and when I got out, I went to turn the heater off because it felt like it was getting a little too warm in the bathroom I was in. When I got out of the shower and went to turn it off, I all of a sudden got extremely dizzy, and from the corners of my peripheral vision started seeing fuzzy, green optical illusions until I couldn't see anything, which was terrifying...my head started to hurt really badly, and when I could see again, the bathroom light was off. I was still standing in the same position and everything but I couldn't remember turning the light off. What could have possibly happened? What could have caused this? Please help?

If the pain continues go see a doctor but if it was just a one time thing don't worry it was just the heat of the shower. Have you ever gotten a head rush and you see spots and go a little dizzy it's like that. Just be careful nott to let it get to hot next time.
hope i helped!

Or, and don't freak out, it could be a small seizure. Please don't be scared because it's extremely unlikely, but go to this page, scroll down and look at the charts: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
Even if it was a seizure, it doesn't mean you have epilepsy. A girl I know recently had one. Her head hurt and she didn't know what happened- she was very scared, upset, and crying- she had blacked out. (Some people don't fall/move during seizures).
Or you could have, as the person below me mentioned, low blood pressure, but that doesn't explain the light being off.
You need to talk to someone about this- if you're a minor, your parents. If you're an adult, maybe call your doctor but please do something- electric shocks are dangerous (and you could have blown a fuse) and you could have a health problem. I have Vagal Response, something very similar to what you describe; when I'm overstimulted (such as in a really warm, steamy bathroom after a shower), my blood pressure drops - because the blood pressure in your head is lower, you get dizzy and lose use of your senses temporarily. Not remembering doing something is pretty common too.
