Hey. Jeans with boots are back in, like uggs. Also, flats are now back in. Big beaded necklaces, cute thick headbands with stripes or polka dots. Long shirts with cool designs and leggings too. As for the belt, don't put it too far up (heheh, as you probably know) but put it near your rib cage. Although, the bigs belts are hard to pull off but I'm sure you can do it =). i would say the classic 'preppy' is in right now. this DOES NOT mean a&f, hollister etc.!
in order to pull of this look you should have:
-colorful polos (ralph lauren, vineyard vines, lacoste)
-ribbon belts
-hair ribbons
-khaki pants
-peacoats
-grosgrain flipflops
-cute headbands
-things patterned with designs like whales, saiboats, pineapples, flipflops, cocktails, lobsters, etc)
-monogrammed jewelry
-argyle sweaters
-madras (plaid patchwork)shorts/skirts
-ballet flats in neutral colors
-northface/patagonia fleeces
-colorful scarves/mittens
-tote bags (llbean)
-any pearls
-any small diamonds
-colorful glass bead jewelry
basically, the style of jcrew, polo ralph lauren, vineyard vines, lily pulitzer, lacoste, etc. this look was big in the 80s and now is coming back.

Trench coats and plaid are coming back. Skinny jeans are slowly on their way out again. Big, bulky yellow totes are coming in. Ballet flats are still in. Nautica is becoming increasingly more popular. The belt around the waist can't be pulled off by most people, don't do it if you have large breasts...wear the belt around your waist, below your breasts but above your waist. NOT right below your chest because it'll look incredibly dorky.

Skinny jeans and long dress type shirts are in.
Good stores to go to would be Urban Outfitters or Forever 21.
Also you could try a dress with jeans under.

there are many different trends. too many to name. as for the belt at the waist ? first of all a wide belt, a long, flowy shirt, skinny jeans, a big necklace, and flats, all matching colors. thats the basic way to pull it off. forever 21 is probably one of the best stores to buy clothes and put together an outfit.

Bigger, longer shirts almost jumper like... floral designs... big buttons... a lot of stripes. Skinny jeans are in, but it all depends on what kind of style you're into.
