Ok.... well I am currently checking out gym memberships in my area, but I have also thought about buying some weights and getting an elliptical machine. Which would be the best for me to do?
ccupcake07 answered Tuesday January 23 2007, 5:50 pm: I would say the elliptical(sp) machine. I have one and it is cool. Usually after i eat lunch on saturday i walk on it for 20 minutes and you burn so much off. I am always starving when i get off because i have burned off what i just ate. I am not trying to lose wieght or anything but it is a really cool machine. [ ccupcake07's advice column | Ask ccupcake07 A Question ]

illdomybest answered Tuesday January 23 2007, 4:34 pm: going to the gym would be the best if you wanted more of a variety on machines and other ways to work out or were focusing on more then one way to work out. you could even go with a friend.while buying a machine would limit you. if you prefer privacy and only have a specific area you want to work out then gettng the machine would be the best idea.
