Talent Show

Question Posted Tuesday January 23 2007, 4:25 pm

Talent show tryouts are coming up VERY soon, & i still gona have a song.

Any ideas for a soprano?

I want a somewhat slow song.. no Kelly Clarkson or anything like that.

Just something to WOW the audience.

Also, I would like more of a song for girls with soft voices.

Thanks
--Whitney

Celine Dion-My heart will go on (Titanic theme song) is good

Hurt-Christina Aguilera

Even though kelly clarkson sings those kinda songs, this is a good song by her

Bringing on the Heartbreak by Mariah Carey is a really good song and you can show off your voice.
Hurt by Christina Aguilera is a newer song, it's beautiful and filled with emotion
Don't Know Why by Norah Jones is more indie-type, it might just be what you're looking for.
The Rose by Bette Midler is a softer song too.
