Upset Tummy.

Question Posted Thursday January 18 2007, 9:38 pm

Hey guys. Can anyone please give me suggestions on what you can do to ease an upset stomach? I don't have any pepto bismol and I don't want to take medications. Is there anything you can eat or drink to settle it? Thanks!! ♥

yogurt really helps out your stomach because there is acidolphulus in yogurt which will help settle your stomach..if that doesnt work try some selzter water or ginger ale.

Ginger Ale, Saltine Crackers, and water.
Plain cooked rice is also supposed to cleanse
and repair stomaches, which immediatley takes
pain away.

Good Luck <3

try drinking something warm or maybe salty. For example, tea or soup. Whichever you prefer.

Coke. There's something about the carbonation that settles the stomach.

Teddy Grahams always work for me. The honey ones in particular. I have no idea why and I don't care. It works and that's all that matters.

I've heard that pineapple can settle your stomach too. I've tried it before and it worked pretty well.

I hope you feel better soon!!

Yogurt will help nearly every stomach problem. Nonpasteurized yogurt contains bacteria that will do all your digesting for you for a few hours. If you feel like you're going to throw up, eat things very slowly, and don't drink water unless you're really thirsty, and then slowly. If you can stand the taste, eat baking soda(pepto bismol is just bismuth, which absorbs stuff the same as baking soda). Crackers and breads are good.
