Well i'm not a veggitarian, so i might not help that much, but i can answer one of your questions (sorry!!)....
Since your not eating meat you wont get protein, so you can drink those protein shakes, or special foods with protein in them. One of my friends was a "part-veggitarian" like she would eat all meat besides pig, so you could just eat no meat besides chicken, that way you could still enjoy it and get protein! I'm sorry that i couldnt help that much!! ]
I've been vegetarian for nearly twenty years. I get my protein from eggs, nuts, pulses etc.
I have included a few websites with more information and some recipes.
As long as you keep a healthy diet you shouldn't come to any harm at all. Although I would add that if you really can't give up meat, don't worry, maybe you're not supposed to be a veggie. It's not for everyone. Good luck.

I'm vegetarian, so I can help you with whatever you need.
I used to really like chicken too, but what I did was slowly wean myself off of it. Start by eating smaller portions, then eating it rarely, and then finally stop eating it. Getting protein is easy. Eggs, beans, peanutbutter, soy, nuts, etc. A multivitamin helps alot also.
Please feel free to ask me anything about it, I can help. ]
drop everything for three weeks to see how it goes. if you can do it then keep at it. three weeks is long enough that your body detoxes and doesn't crave whatever you eliminated anymore. avoid all smells and temptation during that time. try to avoid "mock meats" if you can during this time because you won't like the sensation. it won't taste like the meat you're used to, especially chicken subs.
protein? beans. iron? spinach and beans. calcium? anything dark green and leafy.
finally, you're fourteen. if it doesn't work out you can always stop and come back to it later. I tried to become a vegetarian at 14 and stopped after about three months. at 17 I tried again and at three months stopped to go vegan because I knew three months was my breaking point the last time I tried it. I haven't had meat since april 1st last year and any animal products (intentionally) since august 1st. ]
well slow down eating chicken. dont eat it as much. find something else to eat something healthy that you really enjoy and whenever you want chicken get the substitute =] ]
Well you could eat eggs. There are also many protein shakes out there to choose from. Also make sure you get a multivitamin that has lots of calcium (if you arent going to drink milk) and iron (to replace your meat). I am not a Vegetarian, but i have looked into becoming one as well. ]
