Question Posted Friday January 5 2007, 2:17 am

Late at night like after 12 I'm like an eating machine. I'm afraid that if i dont stop soon I'll gain 100 pounds and ruin my life.

What can i do to stop my late night binging???

Try to go to sleep before midnight. If that isn't possible for you, reach for water before the snacks. Drink a full bottle and then see if you're still craving food. Eat negative calorie foods (fruits, vegetables, things like that). No fun at all, I know. There's nothing wrong with the occasional fattening midnight snack though, we all do it.

Eat more throughout the day. Go to sleep earlier. Simple as that.

Yea you do need to sleep. If you cant sleep focus on something else other than food. Or take some non addicting sleeping pills to solve your insomnia like benedryl* (sp)

Your not getting enough sleep, which is causing you too make up for it by eating.
Try doing something that will make you tired before bed.
Horse Riding is tiring, football etc etc
The quicker you sleep, the less likely you are too eat.
Try focusing on something else.
Dont see it too much as a problem otherwise all your attention is diverted too the food.
Good Luck!
Hope I helped =]
