iloveaar answered Friday January 5 2007, 3:26 am: the same thing happens to me everyday! it must be cause im on christmas brake so i sleep late etc, anyway my advice its to fill yourself with water lol so you won't be hungy cause your fulled , also forcing yourself to sleep helps .good luck

Try doing something that will make you tired before bed.
Horse Riding is tiring, football etc etc
The quicker you sleep, the less likely you are too eat.
Try focusing on something else.
Dont see it too much as a problem otherwise all your attention is diverted too the food.
