hey well i need some major help...
im think im kinda fat and i wanna lose weight like 20 pounds!as fast as possible but i dont know how! i tried eating less and i walk to school everyday (as a way of excercise) and somtimes i go on bike rides i dont know it seems like im not losing weight does anyone else have some simple or easy way on how to lose weight at all???

i am an animal activest and i have been a veggieatarien for 2 years now. i lost alot of wieght from it (but i was skinny all along) but you have to eat many fruit and veggys to get the protieen.
also many people are self conchous and thinkt ehy are chubby when really they have nothing to worry about. so be carfull when makeing the decision for dieting!
runawayxlove answered Thursday January 4 2007, 9:38 pm: hey, well first determine if you actually need to loose weight. if your about 5`0 you should be 100 pounds. everytime you go up in height you add on 5 pounds. so at 5`1 you should be 105, 5`2 = 110, 5`3 = 115, 5`4 = 120, and so on. keep eating heathy and tone yourself up by doing some crunches and leglifts, or excerises for whatever area you need help with. MIAforever answered Thursday January 4 2007, 9:30 pm: im in the same situation you are bud. what you have to do as a way to make sure you arent taking in extra fatty foods .. just sort of make a list of times you are going to eat and what you are going to eat at those times. [this helped me out majorly] keep the portions small. and if you can try to start jogging. truthfuly the only way to lose weight in a snap is to take a diet pills. but if you keep to the list you make and really focus you'll see the weight fade like an old memory!!

What I found easiest - eat breakfast and dinner. NO SECONDS!!! Go out running after you eat breakfast (get up 30 minutes earlier each morning) and target an area on your body you hate the most. Go onto Google and search on excercises for example (excercises for the stomach). Then just add those excercises onto your routine and keep doing ALL OF THEM! After a while you'll loose that weight real fast.
You just have to keep it up.

ShineyStarz answered Thursday January 4 2007, 9:27 pm: You should excercise first thing when you wake up, maybe jog around your room or house, and doing knee ups because excercising first thing will help your metabolism (digesting system work faster so it digests quicker). Then eat a healthy breakfast. Thanks to the morning excercise, it'll be digested fast so you'd loose some pounds AND you get energy for the day!
Eat healthy food, make sure to look in the nutrition chart. Don't snack a lot either. You should snack only 3 times a day. After that, do NOT eat after 7. This will give your stomache a lot of time to digest eevrything for a long time.
And the number one thing, drink A LOT of water! =) If you're obsese than instead of stop eating at 7, maybe change it to 9 to make it easier and then go down to 7 gardually to make it easier.
