Okay well I gained weight. I want to loose like 20 pounds. I feel horrible abut the way I look and how clothes fit on me. I love clothes but I hate the way they look on me. I've been eating better. Also, I'm starting to do 100 crunches a night, increasing by 50 each day. At this rate, how much weight will I loose in like 1-2 monthes? Any other simple workout techniques/tips? I'm really stressed and desperate!

I suggest that you for 20min. once or twice a day how ever much you want that you try just turning on the radio and dancing along to some of the music or pop in a favorite cd. Who says you have to kill yourself to work out it's a great way to have fun and to work out. You don't even have to be good at it, you can just do it in your living room and have some fun. Also doen't weighyourself everyday you'll drive yourself crazy try just checking every four to five days. It's great that your eatting healthy. Eatting heathy will give you more energy and help you not to feel so depressed. try to stay away from microwave foods they are not only fating but htey can make depression worse. Well good luck hope this helps. [ AskJasmine's advice column | Ask AskJasmine A Question ]
MissxJacky answered Wednesday January 3 2007, 8:32 pm: I know exactly how you feel because I had been in the same sitation recently.
I love clothes and I just think about, 'Oh wow my body is so disgusting, I can't wear that.'
But what I started to do were these Billy Blanks work out tapes.
They are incredible.
They work really good and you feel much better after you do them for a while.
I guarantee you it will make a difference.
It might help you lose some weight in 1-2 months but I'm not exactly sure how much.
Oh also you should do a lot of stretches, it helps you get flexible too.
xXxPorschexXx answered Wednesday January 3 2007, 8:28 pm: You shouldnt be stressed and depressed you should be happy and proud! I am unhappy with my weigth too and i wish i had the will power to do something about it and stick at it like you have! You should try saying to yourself infrount of a mirror that you look lovely and gorgeous! And by doing this you will have a differnt perseption on how you look and then you will believe that you do look lovely! By telling yourself you are fat then you will have a very negative perseption on how you look! Ask a family member how you look and they will tell you you look wonderful and this could also help you feel better within yourself! Workout techniques/tips well just keep doing what you are doing and try doing different excercises to make it more interesting for you! i also look up to how you have such a possitive attitude to what you are doing! Good luck with and i hope i have helped!

pinkfox answered Wednesday January 3 2007, 8:25 pm: Ok well try jogging in place or outside works great either way 15 minutes straight(in place is much easier to me) and doing the crunches you will look so great but you have to do it everyday, I did and got results in a week. But once you stop and start eating junk and all it goes down the toliet. But you are on the right track already!
Good luck!
I know what you are going through.
