what it is
Customers go there if they have a suggestion ot complaint.I might have dropped my credit card in the supermarket toilet so they go sort it out for me.Or if I bought juice but it had been opened they sort it out. They basically help customers. It is says it in the title "Customer Service" service for the customers.

ChocolateCots answered Saturday December 30 2006, 10:30 am: It means
1. Helpful (and not annoyed when you ask them to help either or too helpful when you tell them you're just browsing)
2. Not snobby (I go to a private school, so I always go to Bloomingdale's in my uniform and they creep up on me like I'm Paris Hilton, but when I come in after practice in my old Paper and Denim jeans, they treat me like I'm not there: and I buy stuff from them all the time!)
3. Being about to ask questions about and return products
4. Being genuine- you don't always have to have a smile in your face if you wouldn't normally smile. One of the worst things in the world is to see someone trying to smell when you know they'd rather be shooting themselves in the head
5. Keeping things organized. Put merchandise where it belongs. Do not put dents or anything into products. I usually try to find something first when I go into the store before I ask a worker. And, sometimes-shhhhh!- I don't buy stuff I'm supposed to buy because I get frustrated and can't find it.
