fabulous11 answered Thursday December 28 2006, 1:32 pm: you could run everyday. That would give you quick results, depending on how long you run each day depends on how long it will take you to see results.
jaymeee answered Thursday December 28 2006, 12:04 pm: hey- a great exercise for that would be running, as the other 2 ppl have said. but another good exercise but might the one where you put your back flat up against a wall and make your thighs parrallel to the ground. it sjust like sitting in a chair... without the chair. im not sure what this technique is called but its extremely affective. hope this helps :] [ jaymeee's advice column | Ask jaymeee A Question ]
vivalajam0x answered Thursday December 28 2006, 11:36 am: * Run (Do this every day and you'll soon see results.)
* Squats. (If squats are performed moderately they will tone the thighs and butt very quickly.) 3 times per week on alternate days. Start off very light by just using the body weight for 2-3 easy sets of 10 repetitions, then gradually build up the resistance over 3-4 weeks.
brOkenbAbix06 answered Thursday December 28 2006, 11:34 am: you need to run.. that tones up everything & especially legs!! then you could do the leg press... low amount of weight.. (probably no more than like 5) & more reps ( more times you do it) makes you tone (and no you wont get all muscular lol). after a few days you should see it working. good luck =] im here if you nees anyhting else [ brOkenbAbix06's advice column | Ask brOkenbAbix06 A Question ]
