Tell your parents and then if they think you should go to the doctor go and make an appointment. And then see whats wrong with you leg. ]
personally i think that you should tell your parents about it and go to the doctors before it gets worse. i think what you might have is a herniated disk. this is in your back but having a herniated disk can cause shooting pains down your leg.

You should see a doctor when you can. Ask your mom to make an appointment. ]
Hi there,
I am NOT a doctor, but from my own experience I can tell you that you need to see one ASAP.
If it is a pinched nerve, continued activity with that nerve pinched can leave you crippled for life. :-(
If blood clots run in your family, that is something else to consider, especially if you are taking birth control pills.
It could be a wide variety of things, but no matter what it is, you will have to see a doctor to find out.
Good luck,
DN. ]
Sounds like you have an entrapped (pinched) nerve. It happens to the general population sometimes and is called sciatica. You should see a doctor to find out whether there is an impingement on a nerve from the surgery or whether it's unrelated and what you can do about it.
Unless otherwise contraindicated, you can try over-the-counter pain relievers, such as Tylenol and ibuprofen, as well as ice or heat packs (whichever makes it feel better). Rest during flare-ups can be helpful. There are some chiropractors who would undoubtedly state they can help you. I don't know whether they could or not. You may improve with some physical therapy.
Wishing you pain-free holidays.
