im fat in the stomach

im 13/f ..

i would like to lose weight before january to march.. or even christmas. waht do i do so that i can lose some fat in my stomach [i have a flabby stomach =( ] and also my thighs [whenever i walk theyre always touching.. that is not sexy] please help me. i`ve been looking for this [lose weight fast] for a long time. i dont wanna take those medicines or other drugs, i just wanna do something like.. i dont know. lol please help!! i want a nice body.

just dont be like "OH IM SKINNY NOW I CAN EAT WHATEVER I WANT WHENEVER I WANT" eat things in moderation, you want pizza eat 3 peaces TOPS dont eat a family size bag of chips but one of the 99 cent bags and keep exersising like i said just because you lost weight doesnt mean you wont gain it back so be smart ohh and if say your at a party and you want hm a piece of cake dont just completely be like NO YOU CANT HAVE A N Y. just have a small piece that way you will be satisfied and if you wnat to taste something, taste it, one taste tastes the same as 20 :) if you want more just send something to my inbox instead of feedback :)

If all you want to do is lose fat, and have a sexy body. Then Exercise! :]

I don't really think you need to go on a diet, since you only want to work on those 2 parts of your body. Try doing sit-ups, and walking.

Eating healthy, and eating foods that speed up your matabalism is a good idea.

But really all you need to do is exercise. :]

If you have a treadmill or weights or any excercise machine like that, you should start using it every day, for atleast like 30 minutes or more. Also, don't eat junkfood at all, just eat like enough protein, vegetables, and fruit to keep you healthy and normal. Also, what really helps with your stomach would be situps or even crunches so you could do around 20 of those every night before bed. [with crunches, make sure you look up at the ceiling or else you could hurt your neck, and that way makes you lose weight better]. Try to do things liek this, and you will definitely be losing weight. Write back.

Welllll. Theres alot of things you can do.

You could just cut all junk food away [ you'd be EXTREMELY surprised how much you can lose from that.]

You could take long walks, & drink about 12 glasses of water per day. [depending where you live, its snowy where i live, so if you live somewhere where its cold, that wont work.] But, if you can, that boost up your metabilism & you lose weight pretty quick.

As for an actual dietttt, you could try..
The atkins diet. (:
You eat strictly protein. That doesnt mean just meat, it also means, peanuts, cheese.. & so on. Your not allowed any carbohydrates, so make sure u check the labels!! (: Thats a really easy, good diet.

BUT. since your only 13, its probably not the healthiest. inless you do it only like 3 days a week. hmmm. i don't really have many other ideas besides that, because i dont really ever diet. But, when I do, I usually do that stuff. (: It works best.

excercise & go on a diet! try & saty away from the junk food, just eat the vegetables & fruits! stay away from chips, ice cream, candy, & etc.,

I dont think theres a way to "loose weight fast" haha. Try doing cruches or sit up every day. Some people are just born with bigger stomachs or thys. I run on the tredmil sometimes, cause my sister has been running alot lately and she lost weight and looks really thin now. Running is also really nice cause you get your frustation out if you have any, and you can always listen to music like an MP3 player or something. If you have an exersize ball and a video or dvd those can be fun to work out on. Im not a big health person so I dont know alot about what to do but there are website you can go to like,
