Ok so I've been on the pill for 5 months this month. When can I have un protected sex?
My boyfriend and I have been having sex for about 9 months now and have always used a condom. It doesn't bother me or my boyfriend about using extra protection but I was just curious!
Additional info, added Monday December 4 2006, 8:46 pm: I also suggested to my boyfriend that we should get tested by a doctor for diseases before we have unprotected sex... is that a good idea?

Anyways, you can start having unprotected sex after the first round (a full pack/month) of your pills is done. Just remember that if you miss a pill, follow the instructions and use a backup method for a week after the missed pill =] [ cheddar's advice column | Ask cheddar A Question ]

i really think there is nothing wrong with having unprotected sex if your on a pill then you should be fine but just be sure you wont become pregnant i would use a condom anyways..
xOchErrytWistOx answered Monday December 4 2006, 9:19 pm: You can start having unprotected sex safe from pregnancy after 2 months of birth control, so you are safe now. I'd recommend that you both get checked because oral sex can also transmit STDS.
