Well I always hear 'Your so lucky your so skinny!' but then five minutes later I hear that someone is saying Im too skinny behind back or someone will ask me if Im anorexic to my face.
I dont have an eating disorder but somedays, like today, I dont eat anything all day cause Im not hungry and its 9 at night right now.
When I do eat I can basically eat whatever I want cause I dont gain anything.
Heres usually what I eat on a normal day like during the week for school.
Breakfast- usually nothing. sometimes a piece of toast.
Lunch- usually nothing unless I buy lunch, Ill eat about half of what they give me.
Dinner- my parents make dinner usually so I eat a meal for dinner or they get mad.
13/f 5'5"-6"ish. around 100 pounds.

mike-sorbie answered Sunday December 3 2006, 6:48 pm: you are eating alot less then you should eat but thats not a problem. are you active?? if not thats one reason why your not hungry. if you are active then you just have a slow metabollic rate and a smaller stomache. you hands are probably shaking because you have low blood pressure i have the same thing. if you do have low blood pressure theres an easy way to find out at home
sit on you cowch or kneel down for a few minits then get up quikly if you go dizzy then your normal if you go very dizzy and cant see straight and go numb thats what happens to me you have low blood pressure(it only happens for a feew seconds and is completely harmless) [ mike-sorbie's advice column | Ask mike-sorbie A Question ]

I dont eat breakfast, I dont eat lunch and I only eat a tiny amount of dinner.
I sometimes find my hands are cold but they dont shake.
It can get quite serious, I have noticed being thinner.
Do you feel comfortable with yourself?
If you do then why should it matter?
If you dont feel comfortable with it...Try a diet that gives all the food and vital stuff you need.
You dont want too put on wait for others.
You dont understand how many people are dying too look like you ^^

TEENAGExHEARTS answered Sunday December 3 2006, 2:46 pm: Okay so obviously you're not anoexic and the people that say that are probably just jealous that your thinner then them. it is just how you body is built. but just for your health's sake you should probably eat a little more. try some fruit or a bowl of cereal for breakfast and for lunch at least eat something, even if your not hungry. people probably think your anorexic because you don't eat anything around them at lunch, so at least pack "nibble" foods. lik carrots sticks or pretzels.
okay about your hands..that is very bad. that happened to me before because i was so busy i forgot to eat lunch and all i ate was an apple for breakfast and it was already 5:00. my hands started shaking and i got very lightheaded. so the next time this happens eat something right away! especially a carb like pretzels or crakcers because they will get rid of the shaking quicker.

Wehn your hands start to shake go eat really quick, or else you will black out. I've blacked out twice from hunger, so be careful in the shower because it hurts when you fall in there.
BLONDEasitGETS answered Sunday December 3 2006, 9:44 am: THE SHKES ARE DEFINITLY FROM THE FOOD.you need to eat breakfast. not just so you can cure your hunger becuase your body needs it to properly function in the morning. this subject if very serious and you need to listen. eat an apple or a pear or grapes in the morning or even ceral. for lunch eat a sandwich a bag of chips an orange a water and cookies( subsitue for chips)

You are fine dont worry about what people say your true friends no your not anorexic or anything like that.You should prob. eat alittle more because when i dont eat i get shakey really bad too. For lunch maybe just bring a granola bar for lunch so atleast you get something in your system. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day it keeps you going so you have energy to do what you need to do. Maybe alittle bowl of cereal would be alittle better then a piece of toast.

curliecue answered Sunday December 3 2006, 7:41 am: You obviously are not anorexic, but I think you could use some changes to your diet anyways. The fact that you normally skip breakfast is not good. Try to eat that piece of toast every morning, and then try adding a piece of fruit or a glass of milk or OJ. And you eat nothing at lunch?? You should eat at least a little, even if you are not hungry, because this means something is going on with the hormones in your body. They are telling your brain that you don't need food, but you still do.
I don't know why your hands shake exactly, but if they shake only on days when you don't eat, then it is probably the lack of food causes them to spaz out. [ curliecue's advice column | Ask curliecue A Question ]
