what is it called when you get that hard part in the middle of your ear pierced? (not cartlidge)

my sister got it done and i think it looks really cute. especially if you put in a small diamond stud.

it does hurt a little more then getting your cartilidge pierced, but it is worth it =]

Pinna or auricula.
