pantsing a girl?

Question Posted Friday December 1 2006, 7:32 pm

15/m

alright yesterday a girl pantsed me, right in front of the class when i was sharpening my pencil as i walked past her. i took it lightly and pulled my pants up and joked about it for a while, then a half hour later she got up, and i pantsed her back..as a little revenge/joke thing, only she was wearing a thong and well, yah enough said.

i got sent to the principle's office and got suspended for 3 days...it just snowed here so today doesnt count, but still im going to miss monday, tuesday, and wedsnday, for pantsing a girl that pantsed me, (also, the girl went to the principle's office and stuck up for me saying that she had it comming)
yeah uhm what should i do???

p.s. the girl is not suspended.

I think the girl has a big crush on you dude and she did the prank because of it and that would be why she stood up for you.

well you probably shouldn't of pants her back wether it was funny or not. but can't change that now. so what you need to do is have your parents or yourself go to the principle. because how were you supposed to know she was wearing a thong on. and i mean you could of had one on too (haha) so it's not fair because there would be no way of you knowing that. and it's not like you did it just to see some a*s. she did it to you first, it's playful fun. if not go to the superintendent or the school board. fight the power =P

good luck x3

I think that your suspension is ridiculous. Its good that you both took it in fun and stuff and that she wasn't mad about it and that you weren't mad about it. You should talk tot he school board about it because its stupid.

Pantsing a guy is different. Although it was rude of her and she should have gotten into trouble, you probably had boxers on, which are basically shorts. And guys let their boxers hang out all the time anyway, so there is really no difference. On the opposite side of the spectrum, there's girls, who's underwear use up much less material than guys, as you obviously saw today. Think of it like this: if a girl walked into school with only underwear on, it would be inappropriate, but if a guy walked in with only underwear, it would be kind of gross, and you might get into trouble, depending on how much they looked like boxers, but it wouldn't be a huge deal. Besides, girls and women should be treated with respect, always, no matter what they do to you.

Well, you really shouldn't pants girls, it's just not right. Though it is unfair she didn't get suspended. If you want her to get suspended or have your suspension removed from your record, it'll take a long time, and a lot of complaining. First you(or your parents) need to complain to the principal, if you haven't already. If that fails, talk to the superintendent. If that doesn't work you can talk to anyone that represents you in government(senator, mayor, governor, congressmen, etc.), but I think that's an awful lot of work for not much gain. I suppose you could try to take legal action, since it's discrimination against your gender, but you'd almost certainly lose and legal fees are extraordinary.
