When i ask him out should i be like" hey i was wondering if you would like to go see a movie with me?" or what should i say. Please help

It depends where you wanna go out with that person..
But if I were you I'd just be like 'Hey I was wondering, do you wanna come to my house after school'?
Just be yourself and ask casually like how you'd ask any of your friends to hang out.

Well I don't know if I've seen your part 1.
But if you're a friend ...I think asking him to a movie would be okay... but make sure it's a group sort of thing. Then you could make ask him to go with you and only you.
If you really don't know him.. then starting off small like what the other columnist said. It would get you somewhere with him.

you need to start small. baby steps as i like to call it. start with hw, a class, or teacher. and just go with that. after a bit into the conversation talk about a new movie coming out like the new bond. then go for the kill as i like to call it and ask him, note that this might be a off on conversation throught the day, starting in the morning and finishing after school or on the phone if you deside to give him your number. just take your time.
