Bras!
Okay I'm not sure whether I'm a B cup or a C cup.
I'm used to my bras being tight (B cup)
And I have a C cup bra.. and it's.. like I can breathe.I fill up the cups so it's not loose.
So does that mean I'm a C cup?

It's actually really hard to tell that way, being as there are many factors that could play into this, such as fabrics, types, etc.
I suggest going to your local Victoria's Secret and getting a *free* bra fitting. Then, you'll know your exact size.

go into victorias secret and have them measure you. regardless of waht they tell you, keep whatever you feel more comfortable in.

I went threw something like this once.You are probably both of those cups.But if you want to you can just stay in the b cup or c cup

What younggrandma said is right, get yourself measured. But, you are most likely the C cup. Bars aren't supposed to be tight at all.

Here is a site that will tell you how to measure for the perfect size. A LOT of women don't know how to measure for fit correctly. This tell exactly how. :)
