Is there and way that I may be pregnant?

Question Posted Thursday November 9 2006, 10:50 am

Ok, me and my boyfriend are both 17 and have been dating for almost 6 months. We have had sex without a condom twice and im not on any type of birth control. The first time was Oct. 25 and the second was Nov. 8. I was scared the first time we had sex that I was pregnant but decided i would wait for my period to get all worried about it. I seriously doubt i could have gotten pregnant from the first time cause it was only for like a minute. I got nervous and we stopped. The second time we again didnt use a condom. He pulled out before he came but maybe he didnt do it soon enough. Some of it got on my leg and I asked him if he came inside me and he said he definitely didnt and i didnt feel anything. My period is usually 4 1/2 weeks apart and my period should be coming any day now or could be a couple days late. I dont want anyone to know so thats why I havent gotten a pregnancy test yet. Is there any chance I could be pregnant? I'm so nervous and this is all i have been thinking about. My boyfriend says if i am pregnant that we are not getting an abortion but i dont know if i can handle a baby at this age. Help me please!

I used your advice and my boyfriend went to buy me a pregnancy test. It came out 'not pregnant' but i still have to retake it in 3 days. Is there any chance that this test could have come out wrong? I hope not cause we definitely aren't ready for this. I think this really gave us a huge reality check. I always thought this would never happen to me, but I guess i was wrong. I can't believe we let this happen....

If you aren't ready to have a baby, please PLEASE have protected sex. A condom is best because it can protect you from STDs (which 1 in 4 people under the age of 25 have, whether they know it or not). But definitely use some sort of contraception. Regardless of what anyone tells you, you can get pregnant, whether or not he pulls out (it's call pre-cum - sperm that seeps out, so to speak, prior to actaul ejaculation). Hopefully you aren't pregnant this time but don't think that makes you immune. Its always better to be safe than sorry.

if he didn't ejaculate in you, and you took a pregnancy test that came out negative, then most likely you aren't pregnant. try taking another one in three days like you say you are going to, and if that one comes out negative, then don't stress. If you don't get your period within a month, go to a doctor and get a blood test.

i've discovered it's a lot harder to get pregnant than people say. take my word for it or not, but i think telling people if they have sex, then they are most likely pregnant than not is a load of crap. i think it's very hard to get pregnant personally. and i think older people saying it isn't is just a scare tactic.

Your chances of being pergnate are high. just becuase yit was only a minute means nothing.. I fhe says he didnt cummm that means nothing. if he wasnt fully "elevated' that means.. that it most likely was leaking out becuase the passage was particly opened. you should really get checked out.

okay well there is always a chance that you can be pregnant if you dont use a condom. even sex with a condom isnt completly safe. there is no safe sex. anyways your boyfriend cant tell you that your not getting an abortion. hes not carrying around the baby for nine months is he?

im not definetly saying yes but theres a very good chance because just because guys cant al ways tell then they let loose no matter what your guys says they cant. sometimes its just a tiny amount. its a big risk having sex with out using anything . it is even if you are using the safest you can get with out abstinace is using birth control and a condom. may you could buy a test in the store and go to a gas station bathroom and take it or a public bathroom just remember to keep the reciept so no one thinks your stealing.you need to consider the consequences before taking the jump especially with out birth control. i dont blame your boyfriend for not want abortion because its not the babys thought....you made a bad decision..which im sure you know....if you cant hold your head up and be proud of something then dont do it...to late for that...but you took the risk....so prepare your self for the consequences if it you are pregnant...if your not then then prepare your self alittle better for next time so it doesnt happen.

im 16, and am 7 and a half months along with a baby that definetely wasnt planned, but i can tell you this much- she was NOT a mistake, and i will never let her believe that. i understand that yuore scared. i was sooooooooooo paranoid and scared for weeks on end. i got so worked up, that i culdnt even remember when my period was supposed to come, so i didnt officially find outi was pregnant until i was like, almost 3 months along- i spazzed OUT! - but, no matter how many times a guy can tell you that he pulled out.- theres still always that chance that there was pre-cum, and i know for a fact that thats what got me pregnant. before a guy 'goes'- thers always a lil bit that will come before it. most times, a guy cant feel that- and he doesnt think anything of it. so, regardless of wethere he pulled out before he came, there will ALWAYS be pre-cum. so- i def. wuld be a little scared. i mean, im not tryin to freak you out or nething, im jsut tellin you like it is. if you ever wantto talk, my inbox is always open, and ill be glad to talk to you. lots o luv

You have a good chance at being pregnant it doesn't really matter how long you can get pregnant as soon as u start doing it. And the whole pulling out thing, be very carefull becasue it is inpossible to control when its gonna come. Get a pregnanty test to find out. If you are pregnant put your baby up for adoption. This will be the best option for you and the baby. The baby can find a family that can supported it and you are to young to be a mother but are still giving your child life. Every child has the right to live. Hope i could help good luck <3

o and look in the yellow pages under abortion alternativs or somthing like that they will help you with adoptions, or if u decide to keep the baby they can help you with that and there is some help lines too. In the end its up to you but remember it his baby too.
