Most people do not greet others by judging their breast size, and if they do, then they are extremely shallow people that do not deserve your time or friendship. If you are worried that the opposite sex will think less of you because of your chest, don't. Men like breast of all shapes and sizes. According to my husband, it is not the breat itself, but watching the woman react when they are touched, that excites the man.
Also, men base their feelings of you not on your body or their own lust level, but on your personality and compatability. You want a man who will stay by you even after your skin wrinkles and your teeth fall out because he loves you.
If you are just wanting this for yourself or for higher social status, then I can understand. However, why do you think bigger breasts will make you 'better'? The most they will ever do for you is attract more attention (a lot of that will be negative too), and there are far more effective ways to achieve this. Recognition and affirmation should come in response to your personality and attitude, not your physical appearance.
Sure, being asthetically pleasing is desirable, but you don't need knockout boobs to gain status as a 'hot chick'. Dress up the ones you got by wearing low cut tops and tight shirts.

As far as I know, there isn't ANYTHING thats been proven to increase breast size.
I dont think you should feel emberassed either, tons of women have small breasts so its not uncommon, and believe it or not, a lot of men find small breasts attractive (or they find specific women attractive, and small breasts dont detract from that). I myself think huge breasts are somewhat unattractive, but then again I end up attracted to a lot of tomboy types /shrug. Its disappointing that so many women see the standards that Holloywood and the Fashion industry has set, and feel self-conscious.
Implants, and certain bras, are about the only realistic answers to change the size of your breasts. But I wouldnt even think that implants would be necessary, unless this is such an issue for you that you just cannot stand it and in that case its as much, if not more, about mental health than anything else. Some women I've met swear that implants changed their lives though, so I dunno. Personally I'd tell you to try to find a man who likes you the way you are, I'm sure they are out there. IMO many women look VERY attractive with small breasts, it fits who they are, so I wouldnt worry about this that much at all.

I'm sorry but there's nothing you can do to make your cup size bigger. Your cup size shouldn't matter to you so don't let it get to you. As long as you're confident, you don't need big boobs to get anyone's attention.

I've tried this, and it worked. Okk put your hands in front of you. Have your fingers pointing up and push them together. (Remember you hands are vertical) and if you should feel some tension in your chest. I Hope i helped.

Sorry to say, but there's nothing that's going to work. I'm just about the same size as you and yeah, it really sucks. I totally feel your pain. You shouldn't let it run your life though. There's so much more to you than your boobs, but if that's all you're focusing on, then there really isn't. Since you don't have much of anything, you're going to be unsuccessful if you don't change your way of thinking. Be confident about yourself, and whatever you are trying to accomplish by getting bigger boobs will happen. I'm sorry if this sounds extremely cliche, but it's the truth.
I have started getting padded bras and they help a lot more than you would think. My fiance commented on how much better I look when I wear them.
Unless you are getting surgery, please don't pay money for something that claims to make your boobs bigger. It's a huge waste of not only money, but time and hope as well. There's just nothing you can do. If there was, everybody would know about it and a lot of people, especially me, would try it.
