Tell your mom that your dog got ran over. she will probubly understnd. and it isn't your fault just tell her right away so it doesn't hurt so much.

Honesty is the best policy it wasn't your fault that your dog got hit, so she can't get mad at you, Depending how close your mother was to the dog, answer yourself these questions Would she like to be at the buriel?, would she like to know exactly what happened? would she be mad at you for not telling her? answer those then you should have a pretty clear answer.
goodluck

Hi,

first off im very sorry for your loss.
secondly, i think you should tell her now because it will be more painful for her if u let it wait or lie about his death.

hope that helps!

if she has a meeting, tell her after that.
if she's just away with a company, tell her now.
don't worry yourself over it.

im so sorry =[

hope it helps

You should tell her now.. She may get sad, but it will hurt alot more if she finds out so far after the death. Just think about how you would feel in that situation.

I'm sorry, and good luck telling your mom.

I think that you should tell your mom the truth. The longer you wait, the more hurt she will get. Its not fair for her to give her false hope. She should be prepared for what shes going to find when she comes back. The sooner she realizes the truth, the sooner she will be able to move on.

You need to tell her. Don't stress yourself out by making it more difficult than it is. I'm sure she can handle it.
