your not gonna loose like 2847 pounds but maybe more if you didnt drink water, its because water cleans out your insides. so like it gets rid of all the unused sugars so they don't turn into fat. good luck. <3 ]
Water on it's own will not really make you lose weight. But it's got great benefits to help you on the cause. For one, it keeps you filled up, so you don't try to drink other things, along with snacking too much. It also helps to boost your metabolism, and gives you more energy to work out.
Hope this helped. =) ]
In a way it is true. Water on its own does not make you lose weight, but it means that you will be drinking less juice and soda, etc. It also means that you will be more full more of the time and so you will not eat as much. It also helps your digestive system keep going. Many people also have improves complexions when they drink lots of water. Water is VERY good for you. Don't rely on water alone for weight loss, you shold also eat properly and exercise reguylarly. Drinking 8 glasses of water a day is an extremely healthy think to do. More people should be drinking 8 glasses a day. I would do it if I were you. Good luck.

No, I don't think it makes you lose weight. But the great thing about drinking 8-10 glasses of water daily, is that it keeps your body happy and healthy. I do it! ]
There is some truth to the rumor. Drinking lots of water helps define muscle, and it's a great substitute for soda and juice, which might have to do with the losing weight part, if you drink less juice, you would lose more weight. That's as much truth behind that rumor as there is. By simply doing that, you could maybe see results after a few weeks, but your weight may or may not change, if it changes, it won't be more than a few pounds. Healthy low-carb diets, and lots of cardiovascular activities are the best way to lose weight. -Angel ]
Yes Its Completely True...Cus The More Fluids In Your Body Ure More Likely To Use The Restroom More Frequently Meaning Your Body Loses Twice As Mich Fluids While Getting Rid Of The Waste Inside Your Body. Hope I Helped ]
In a way it's true. For softball, I Have a coach and he says to drink at least half of your body weight of water each day. For ex., I am 120 lbs. so I drink 60 OZ of water everyday. It sounds like a lot, but in reality, it's only 3 bottles of Dasani water. According to my coach, this is what a lot of athletes, such as Serena/Vanessa Williams do. But, this is the only fluids you can take in everyday-no Gatorade (FILLED WITH SALT)..especially not soda. (I don't do this though :])
Hope I helped, & Good luck.

its true in a way. if you get used to drinking alot of water each day, itll fill you up so you wont be as hungry and eat as much, and it'll help keep you healthy and stuff, but you definitely need to continue to eat so your body gets other nutrients. when you first start drinkin alot of water, especially if you dont drink alot normally, you might think you gained a little weight, but its just bloating because your body isnt used to all the water. but after you get used to it, yes it can help you lose some weight! ]
