depression hey i am 16 and female...i just recently moved but i have been considered depressed for 3 years but really didnt say anything but now after the move i feel worse...i am never really happy and i feel like i just really dont want to be here... how can i have happiness again..and how can i feel alive?

try to take ur depression out on something like kick-boxing or writing poetry/stories

Hmmm i know exactly what you mean! its hard to put on that happy face every day, if you have no reason to be happy.... but i suggest doing something that you woulndn't normally do. Go out on a limb. Invite yourself to sit with a different group at lunch, or joion the soccer team. DO something shocking to get out of your phunk. keep yourself occupied, it will keep your mind from wandering so much. Also if your ever feeling really down in the dumps, try to find your confort spot. it could be a place or and object or a person, but do what you have to do to calm down and move on. hope this helps <3 ]
Hey sweetie. The only thing you CAN do is get out there and have fun. Or Ill tell you something that can make you happy again. DONT laugh at this. Video games...ONLINE video games. Try them out. They are an EXTREMLY Easy way to meet people and when you get in online. You will meet people you love to hang out with! ALl kinds of things you can try. Believe me. This is totally normal. Everyone has felt this way. I have the same problem but its gotten a lot better. I think you should take a hobby. Anything is good. I took up the guitar and that helps me a lot. I write a lot of songs. I use to be so deppressed, I use to cut. I don't do that anymore though. So yeah, I know what I'm talking about. Depression may run in your family like it does mine. I think you should maybe join a church group or something like 4-H. If your busy, you wont have time to be depressed. Don't worry. If you don't have many friends now, you will. Just remember, dont pretend to be something your not. People should love you for you ]
