i want to see my cousin but his mom wont let me. she says that i cant see him in cirtin areas because she does not trust me. and when i go over to her house i cant spend time with him anway bacouse i need to clean the house. but she wont pay me and she wont let me go anwere until everything is to her standereds. as if she was payibg me. what should i say to her?
Yes, your mom might not trust you but it is family. That is what i don't understand. If he lives along with no adult supervision that's why she might be a little nervous. You might want to try the approach, "Mom, I know i have to do all of this stuff, and i wouldn't mind as much if you'd give me some money for the things i do."
