Teachers?
Like i've been told I'm not normal because I'm freinds with some of my junior high teachers. I mean I would think it would be normal to talk to them once in a while. You grow a relationship with them and I just happen to like keeping that relationship. Is that normal?

It's not "normal" because most kids your age don't relate to adults because they're immature.
It is a wonderful thing that you're friends with teachers. I always have been and I still continue to do that in college, where I am right now.
Sometimes doing what's "not normal" is a lot cooler and makes you a smarter, more receptive to life person.

Dont care what others think.Your just growing up faster and maturing faster - your basically growing and flowering into a young adult!Just make sure you dont talk to them too much - it can ruin your social status!The social status - i mean if you have a school heirachy and bitchy girls that rate other girls on sizes and hair etc, then you have a social status from their point of view

Sure, why not? Being friends with someone is fine. Plus it gives you a chance to get to know your teachers instead of just always thinking of them as a teacher. (And maybe they will be more lenient on grading your tests haha)

Of course this is completely normal!! I think it's great that your mature enough to be able to have friendships with teachers. I actually do my schooling through Distance Education (kinda like home schooling) coz I travel so much and me and my teachers talk on the phone regularly; even just to say hi. So you have absolutley nothing to worry about!

Look that is compltely normal because although i not friends with my teachers my best friend is shes like a teacher's pet and she is friends with teachers and talks to them...so dont worry is completely normal!!!!!!!!!!! Hoped I helped!!!!!!

Actually, alot of the kids in my school are friends with the teachers. The teachers crack jokes with us sometimes and whenever they're walking down the hall, the guys'll be like,"MRRR. __________! WOOT WOOT WOOT." So I think it's completely normal. And they're another type of adult you can go to also if you ever need to talk to somebody and can't talk to your parents, so it's good to be on good terms and be able to talk to your teachers. i think its 110 percent normal. I'm cool with alot of my teachers and i still go to say hi to them and talk to them about stuff so yea..your def. normal. Teachers are prob the best people to talk to about stuff. hope i helped

ehh who cares what other people think. I used to be the same way. I was as they called me teachers pet. And when I was in the 5th grade I would even sometimes eat lunch with my teachers. So if they got a problem with it then who cares then you dont need them and if it is your friendz that are saying it then they arent really your friendz. So yah hope I helped! =D

Well I always am friends with some teachers but i am different because my mom's a teacher but I dont think its totally bad to check in on them when you are visiting that school!! but also dont talk to them on a regular days basis because that is just wierd

As long as you can maintain friendships with your peers, too. Instead of normal, ask yourself if it feels healthy. Maybe you are intellectually challenged or socially more mature than the kids your age. Just don't let your other peers think you don't need them. You do, and you will more in the future. Find a balance that works for you.

So what? Your yourself! I lived in South America for a year and I had amazing friendships with my teachers. It's good to have adult relationships but as friends, maybe more but just wait a while. I think it's a great idea to build relationships with teachers that you can trust. I did, and I don't regret it. It just means your friendly? Don't listen to what people say it's all bs. Be yourself and stop worrying about what other people think. But to answer your question yes, it is normal.
