Personally, for the leggings, maybe a nice pale color, and for shoes, a nice, lovely, green or soft blue...

White shoes makes the shoes pop out more...
but black shoes make the shirt pop out more.

Black TOTALLY pops with turqoise.
I recommend black leggings and black flats.
If you can find somewith either a white bow or even a turquoise bow would be great!

If you want to accessorize more, you can add an oversized white belt right under your bustline.

Good Luck! <3

White black or grey. Don't try and pull off brown. I saw a girl with that color today and it looked horrible. Same goes for the leggings.

I'd wear it with a matching coloured heels. You can wear it with ballet flats too; it gives a cute look.=)

Black or white goes well with turqoise clothings. The colour turqoise is a rather complex(I don't know how I should put it) colour. So it goes best with safe and plain colours like black.

Hope I'd helped =D
