Indoor/Outdoor tanning I'm starting to get really pale again because summer is over : (. So i was wondering which way is the better way to get tan? Indoor or Outdoor tanning. Which one is the safest and will do the least harm to your skin? Thank-you!

Either way, the tan is coming from UV rays, which are very harmful to your skin. If you want a tan without damaging your skin and risking skin cancer, use a sunless tanning product. There a many types out there. I don't know which is best, and I am sure what is best for you may not be the same as what works best for others. I would take a look at them in the store and see which appeals to you most and give it a try. ]
Out door tanning will make your skin look more tan but if you spend hours and hours at a time you may be at rist for skin cancer. But i would do indoor tanning it does lots of damage. Iwould outdoor tan for a while but not for long periods of time maybe like 2 hours at the most each day and then in about a week BAM you'll be tan again! Hope i helped! oh yeah where at least 5 sp or else you'll burn! you dont want that. Americangirl ♥ ]
Tanning isn't good for your skin no matter what you do. But if you're going to tan, I'd suggest doing it indoor and maybe using a light sunscreen to make sure you don't get burnt. Eventually, it'll get too cold to tan outside. Also, there's this stuff called Vaseline Intensive Care Healthy Body Glow. It works really, really well and helps you preserve your tan a lot longer and makes your skin look really healthy. You can get it at Wal*Greens or any other drug store. ]
um, i think other people said this but niether is good for you persea. outdoor is better but i wouldn't be all in a bikini in the snow or anything. but indoor is really bad for you esp. if it's a tanning bed. i'd just go wiht tanning lotion if i were you. sorry if i kinda shot down all your options though. ]
niether is the most safe. out door you could get a sun burn and indoor it could get really hot or something could go wrong. but the safest bet of NOT dying would be in the sun but make sure to not be out there too long ]
30 minutes in a Tanning Bed is equaled to 8 hours of tanning outdoors.
Neither indoor or outdoor tanning are "better" for you. Both have VERY high risks of skin cancer and other problems. I recommend Jergen's Natural Glow tanning lotion.
It's a great alternative and it keeps me looking sunkissed when I want to.
Its about $10 and it comes in different shades to make sure its best for you skin color. If you are very pale start with the Light Skin.
Always exfoliate VERY WELL before applying.
Make sure to wash your hands afterwards.
[I recommend taking a shower right before application]
Results are clearly visible in about 5-8 days of use.
Good Luck <3 ]
