cheerleading. okay so we are doing this mount where you hook arms. like the two bases hook one arm together and pull the flyer up on their arms then go to an extension and then bounce down and go up to a liberty. okay well im the flyer. we had it. like we just started yesterday. well we have it but i just can't hold my liberty. like i get it up and it sticks but like i just give out and fall backwords. does anyone have any ideas how i can keep it? like hold it up. i've tried pulling up and leaning forward but nothing helps. any tips or websites will help. thanks<3

& make shure your knees are locked ]
im a base and what usually helps with all my flyers are the basics.
try locking out your knees, squeezing your butt, and pulling up with your shoulders as much as possible<3 ]
I know this is pretty lame advice but all I can say is keep practicing! ]
