okay so we are doing this mount where you hook arms. like the two bases hook one arm together and pull the flyer up on their arms then go to an extension and then bounce down and go up to a liberty. okay well im the flyer. we had it. like we just started yesterday. well we have it but i just can't hold my liberty. like i get it up and it sticks but like i just give out and fall backwords. does anyone have any ideas how i can keep it? like hold it up. i've tried pulling up and leaning forward but nothing helps. any tips or websites will help. thanks (link)

ok i am a cheerleader to i have been doing it all my life & i think the best way to streach your scorps & heel streaches is up aganst the wall & for your backhandsprings just keep working on it every day & eventually you will get it

i want to learn how to do a split (the horizontal way) but i dont take gymnastics and i dont want to, i only play soccer. i dont really stretch a lot so i'm not flexible at all! i cant even touch my toes (haha)

well if you cant touch your toes than it might take a while but you nhave to streach every day & even if it hurts alot you still need to push your self or you will never get it

k. so there's this boy i have liked since the very first day i laid eyes on him (the first day of school this year) well him, me, and another girl (who is friends with both of us) were passing notes in class.
well after the bell rang to leave that class he lays a note on my desk.
i open it and it says "do you want to go out with me?" i kinda freaked...(im really shy) and i handed it to that girl and said it was from him.
What do i do? because i really like him...and i think he was asking me out.
