When it was summer, my mom always wanted me to go to the pool well, I kept telling her no, she always tried to make me go. I knew something was wrong with me. So one day she took me to the dr's for something, my mom said, she might have mono, the dr said no she doesnt have mono, my mom said I would feel better if you would please run a blood test, and sure enough I had mono. My mom felt terrible that she had been making me go to the pool when I was really sick, and had mono.
The best thing I can tell you is get lots of rest and drink lots of fluid. Even if you dont feel that hungry still try and eat a little. If you dont eat, you will feel even more sick than before. Just try and eat a little. Hope this advice helps. Get better soon! :) [ iluvzacandcody's advice column | Ask iluvzacandcody A Question ]

-Exhaustion, being more tired than usual, lack of energy
-Loss of appetiate/nausia
-Swollen glands usually along your neck and back of head, although it can be all over your body
-Flu like symptoms
-Being thirstier than usual
Because it attacks your immune system, it effects everyone differently. The best thing to do is to get as much rest as possible. And altough you may not have an appetite you should try and eat to help build your system back up. Keep fluid down. Some people are better in 2 weeks, other 2 months. If you feel able, you can go to school, just keep your distance from people--don't share food or drink, kissing, etc.

The only symptoms he ever had was he was always extremely tired and he would sleep practically all day and he was real tired in school. But, since I've never personally experienced it, I googled it up and found this site:
