You do have a few things right. Breakfast is good. And exercise is good. Just make sure that you are walking fast enough that you cant carry on a conversation or the walking is useless as well.
Another thing, lose the soft drinks. Yep, even the diet ones. I know they dont hav any calories, but what they DO have is *carbonation* this is like little bubbles that just blow your stomach up and you will NEVER have aflat stomach as long as you drink soft drinks.
I hope what I said will help you. I know this is a hard thing, but do it right and you won't regret it.

You just eat meat & like salads.. & in the first week, you lose like 10 pounds. & then like friday, saturday & sunday.. you eat normally. [because you can't eat fruit, on this diet.. so make sure on weekends, you eat fruit, so you have your potasium] Also, drink only water & walk a mile every day. drink 8-12 glasses of water, & love.. you'll lose 20 pounds, in two weeks, or less. I gurantee it. Check into that diet, ASAP.
Personally, I'd rather do that.. then, have to eat special k, everyday.. & all that. This is more, choice & i think easier. I don't know. Its also somewhat healthier too, i guess. kinda.

Also special K is good but eat a small portion everyday. ALSO no diet or sugar free in anything!!! They have all these chemicals that can cause Cancer I heard due to all of these chemicals in the juice, soda or anything. So water is good but you can try like flavored water thats also good I believe.

Plus you'll lose concentration at school. No matter how gross it is, just eat it. And the Cereal, just eat a little and not too much.
2)Diet drinks BAD. Any food containing the word diet, surgar free-->they have this toxic ingredient in there that causes CANCER. People barely know about this because people never sue the companies.
2)150...that's a little overboard, huh? If you overwork yourself (do restraining exercises that hurts) than you're doing anarobic( i believe it's called) where you burn muscles instead of fat 0.o

Let me tell you, if you think you can handle eating special K cereal 2 times a day...every day..you will go nuts!
I had gallstones, so my diet was MAJORLY restricted, and if I ate any fatty foods, I would have a horrible attack. I had to live on rice and chicken, yes, I did lose weight, but I got so tired of rice, chicken, and yes..special K.
You can switch up the cereal in the morning, or have toast with jelly on it.. I would stay away from the chocolatey cereals tho lol.
You need to eat lunch. I dont know why you cant bring your own lunch, but you cant skip a meal, its not healthy. So I would suck it up and just try and eat some cafeteria food, try to pick out the healthiest stuff.
Some other snacks you can eat are: crackers and cheese (try some rice crackers, they are low in fat and good) fruit, vegetables or anything else that is light and healthy.
I dont think you NEED to walk a mile everyday AND do 150 crunches. That sounds like alot of work, and you might get discouraged and quit all together.
I would do something like..20 crunches, in the morning and night..and just walk as much as you can. Or go swimming, shoot hoops, ride bikes, or just get any excersise you can get outside.
Basically, just put down the junk food and opt for something healthy..and drinking water is great.
You can have some junk food..sometimes..just eat it in moderation, and not all the time. Think of it as your award. Also, dont get so caught up in losing a bunch of weight. Dont worry, not many of us are in PERFECT shape. lol

P.S--> you can check the nutritional value on the back label of most anything. If something has lots of fat in it.. ex. 8 grams/ 1 chocolate bar..i wouldnt be having too many chocolate bars.
