Okay a University is many buildings in different areas that are under the same name. For example Harvard has many locations. Harvard Law College is in Springfield while Harvard Med college is somewhere else.

A community college is a preliminary school that teaches you the basics. You don't really need to go to a community college but many people choose to go because their more confident. Its up to the person.

The difference between a college and university is that a university is made up of different colleges. For example, the John A. Smith education college at ABC University.

A community college is college, but pretty much anyone can get in. Many people go to a community college to bring up their grades before applying to a university. At a community college, you can only get your AA, or Associate's degree.

A community college is a junior college. You can only get your associates degree there (that's about 2 years of college).

As for the college vs university thing, I have no idea. I don't think there is a difference. I go to Columbia College and not a university, but I go to an art school so everything si different from normal schools. I think it's all just in the name.

A community college is only for 2 years and is a LOT less expensive than a university. But, after going to a community college, most people finish their degree at a university. Also, community colleges have a lot less people.

Well a commmunity college is somewhere where you are eligible to go for free for two years if you have good grades. think of a community college as a place where everyone will get accepted at. at community colleges you can get just an associate degree but at universities you can get all kinds of things like bachelors or masters. at a community college they prepare you to go to a university. a university is alot bigger than community colleges.
