i know this might not be what you want to hear, but you should feel lucky. i'm 15, too, and i don't have any boobs at all- that's what flat chested really is. having a small chest is really different from being flat chested. i've worn padded bras since i was around 11 (even though some girls around me started developing as early as age 9.) and i'm now 15 and still have to because there is nothing there, i might as well be a ten year old boy when it comes to my chest. its repulsive and there's nothing i can do to change it, i don't know if i'll be this way my whole life but i might be. sorry if this is so repulsive,i just want you to know that you should feel lucky you have anything at all,and that your not really flat chested. i would kill just to have the slightest of boobs. trust me, your lucky:(

Hollister, Aeropostal, TJ MAX, Kohls, Walmart, they all have the vintage style right now. Its really popular and cute.

I'll send you links of clothes you should wear:

^ those are some great clothing styles that are in right now. Ripped jeans are in style too. As are mini skirts, and big sun glasses and jewelry.

For the boobs, were a push up bra.. Walmart has alot of them, so do Kohls.. they are cheap too. If you can't get a push up, get a water bra.

hope I helped!

a v-cut sweater or any kind of shirt would look nice especially with a small chest. distressed jeans are a nice way to transition from tomboy to girly girl. a padded demi-cup bra would be good, it gives a little extra "stuff" without an obvious enhancement of a push up. demi cups are the one's that are kinda a low cut bra. just google it under images and you'll know what i mean. i tight fitting hoodie sweatshirt works with almost anything. for make-up, dont do anything extreme, a simple mascara or eyeliner is fine. oh and for a smokey-misty look for your eyes, use a light gold eye shadow and lightly brush it completely accross your eyelid so it goes from the inner crease to a little past the end of your eye and do a tiny bit under your eye, that and a blush that is slightly darker than your skin tone, and a light colered lip gloss(optional). straighten your hair or keep it curly(gel it when its wet). ok i think thats it, oh and get some cami's they're good for a lot of outfits.

CLOTHES:

Chic & understated: Black tee with dark denim hipsters, black boots, low-slung black belt, plus an oversized eye-catching necklace in turquoise, silver, or coral. Tres chic!

One part western, one part sophisticated: Distressed boot cut jeans, fitted striped oxford (stay away from plaid to avoid a complete cowgirl look), fringed belt, and pointy-toe boots. Remember to coordinate shoes and belt!

Athletic-inspired: Although a too-cute track suit is absolutely perfect for any other school day, it's just too casual. Instead, wear a sleek, colorful hoodie in terry or velour with a sharp denim mini, fitted tank, and bright new sneaks.

Updated Gypsy: Change the vibe of serious chino trousers (low-rise, a little baggy, but still chic) with a hippie-esque embroidered peasant top. Throw on a few beaded bracelets and add a pair of semi-dressy kitten-heeled sandals.

Add the accessories:
Accessories definitely make or break the clothing. The perfect shoe & belt combination, plus jewelry is required for any great look. Here are five things that you need to fully accessorize this school year:

Fringe suede belt: Adds a rustic appeal to hipsters and a sleek tee. Turquoise. There's nothing better than a great turquoise necklace or cuff with black - such a clean, chic combination!

Chandelier earrings: So elegant, yet so easy to pull off! These gorgeous jewels look just as great with an evening gown as they do with a feminine top and denim.

Trendy sneaks: Required both for those stylishly sporty and those just plain stylish. A great pair of sneaks can take you anywhere.

Boots: Whether you choose a sleek black or distressed brown leather style, the look will definitely be hot!

MAKEUP:

Use a concealer pencil that matches you skin tone to cover any skin imperfections, acnes, skin blemishes, scars or dark circles.

Use a toothbrush to brush brows into place.

Use a soft gray eye pencil to fill in any gaps in the eyebrows.

Use soft gray eyeliner to line the lashes and blend it well to the outside edge.

Apply one coat of brown mascara but if you have naturally black eyelashes, you may also use black mascara too.

If you have a warm skin undertone, use sheer application of peach blush but if you have a cool skin undertone, use soft pink shade. Blend it well using cotton ball.

Use natural shade of lip color or just sheer gloss for a soft nude look and you are ready for the party, girl.
